Connected the fuel plumbing to the tank. Put 1.5 gallons of fuel in the tank. Raised the nose to about 8 degrees, simulating a climb out. Measured the time to fill a 16 ounce measuring cup at the AeroInjector end of the fuel line. An average of 5 runs yielded 18.76 seconds to gravity flow 16 ounces. This equates to about 24 gallons per hour. The expected max fuel flow requirement is less than 6 GPH, so there is at least a 4:1 safety margin at minimum fuel load. The fuel rate should increase with a full tank because of a higher gravity head.
